CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of a booking by a Client, shall be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by the Company. The date on which the Company receives the correspondence (Notification), will determine the cancellation charge, if any.
- 0% of total tour cost is forfeited for cancellation made 60 days or more before departure.
- 30% of total tour cost is forfeited for cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before departure.
- 70% of total tour cost is forfeited for cancellations made fewer (less than 30) days before departure.

Day 1 :
Arrival in Kinshasa
<p>In the afternoon, you will be picked from N’djili international airport by Kwafrika Travel representative and transferred to the Hôtel where you will spend the rest of the evening unwinding. </p><p>Overnight at Sultani Hotel (or similar) </p><p></p>
Day 2 :
Lola Ya bonobo
<p>You will leave in the morning to reach the bonobos sanctuary at around 11 am. The Bonobos are our closest living relatives, with more than 99% identical DNA, and are protected in a special preserve right outside Kinshasa. The sanctuary is surrounded by the rainforest and has a lake inside. Just as you enter the sanctuary, you will be brought to the briefing room. The visit is done in groups, the first group starts at 10 am. The others are done after an interval of 1h30’ up to 4 o’clock when the final group is supposed to end the last visit. </p><p>Overnight at your hotel in Kinshasa. </p><p></p>
Day 3 :
Kinshasa city tour
<p>This day will be dedicated to discovering the vibrant culture and history of Kinshasa, with a city tour, in which we will explore the places of greatest interest, the most attractive and bustling markets, and the lively and always interesting banks of the hectic Congo River. Always accompanied by a local guide, we will discover many of the stories behind many corners, as we run from the Independance Square to the Mausoleum of Kabila. We will also explore another incredibly unique aspect of Kinshasa, the Sapeurs or the Sape, in its abbreviated form, a movement that revolves around the Society of Air Fresheners and Elegant People, also known as Congolese dandies, for whom physical appearance and dress are of paramount importance. After lunch in a genuine restaurant overlooking the river, we will return to our vehicle to finish the tour with some emblematic places such as the Marché des voleurs, the Academy des beaux Arts, the Symphonie des Arts, after which we will embark on the Congo River crossover to Brazzaville. </p><p></p><p>The scenic 20-minute journey across the mighty Congo River will transport you to the Republic of the Congo. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred at the Hotel. Spend the rest of the day unwinding. </p>
Day 4 :
Brazzaville - Ouesso (Full Day Travel)
<p>Your journey begins with a full day of travel from Brazzaville to Ouesso. Along the way, you'll experience the changing landscapes of Congo, from urban areas to dense rainforest. Day 5 :
Ouesso - Bomassa - Wali Bai
<p>After breakfast, travel from Ouesso to Bomassa, the starting point of your rainforest exploration. Day 6 :
Wali Bai to Djeke - Mondika Bai (1st Gorilla Trekking)
<p>Start the day with a transfer from Wali Bai to Djeke and then continue to Mondika Bai. Day 7 :
Mondika Bai to Mbeli Bai
