PAYMENT TERMS: This Safari Tour Requires 30% deposit upon booking and the rest to be paid 4 weeks to safari.

VALIDITY: This quotation is valid until the end of June 2025. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Booking of Gorilla trekking permits should be done at least 3 months in advance to secure as spot to visit a given gorilla family.

Day 1
Arrival in Kigali – Rwanda

Upon your arrival (ideally in the morning) at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by our professional tour guide who will take you for a city excursion in and around Kigali. This is to give you a quick highlight on this great country of ‘a thousand hills’. After this excursion, you will proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable forest leaving Rwanda via Cyanika border. The park is home to half of the remaining mountain gorilla population in the World. On your way to the park, you will get to enjoy the beautiful scenery as you drive across the rural countryside of both Rwanda and Uganda.

Day 2
Uganda Gorilla tracking

Have an early morning tasty breakfast at the lodge, you will start your exciting morning drive to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park Headquarters to begin your trek into the indigenous forest in search for the Gorillas. This trek gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself into the strange but intimate part of the rain-forest where you will hear live calls of colorful birds before having a memorable encounter with Mountain Gorillas. Have lunch at the lodge and later relax at the lodge to chill from the tiresome and exciting activity of the day.

8. Do I need special medication to travel to Uganda

The only mandatory preventative measure is a yellow fever vaccination. This needs to be done no earlier than six months and no later than ten days before your arrival in the region.
