Doli Lodge sits in Bayanga, the administrative heart of the Dzanga-Sangha Protected Areas. Once a quiet fishing village, Bayanga evolved in the 1970s into a vibrant community of 4,000 residents. Most locals live in traditional wooden homes with palm-leaf roofs, maintaining a close connection to the surrounding wilderness.
