This 5 days golden monkeys and mountain gorillas safari takes you in a transboundary trip starting from Rwanda to Uganda.
In this package, you will visit a group of unique apes which is undeniably one of the most thrilling and most sought-after adventures that you should include in your next safari holiday. Day 1
Arrival in Kigali – Rwanda

Airport pickup followed by a tour of Kigali city and the surrounding areas. Right after, transfer to Ruhengeri. Overnight and Dinner – Five volcanoes Boutique Hotel.

Day 2
Golden Monkey in Volcano National Park

After an early breakfast proceed to Volcano National park for Golden monkey, the time to spend in the jungle is not specific, it can be as short as 30’ to several hours depending on the speed movement for monkeys. Later in the afternoon proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable forest. Dinner and overnight at the Marafiki safari Lodge.

Day 3
Uganda Gorilla tracking

After breakfast, tracking the gorillas through the unique vegetation, this can take several hours of challenging walking in wet and muddy conditions. To see gorilla at the end of it, certainly makes the trekking worthwhile. Meals and overnight at your lodge.

Day 4
Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Mburo national Park via the second largest city in Uganda “Mbarara City” having scenic views of the Kabale hills. Mburo the smallest park in Uganda, however one of the interesting parks with zebras, buffalos, giraffes, hippos, impalas, etc. and a great park for bird watchers. Meals and overnight at Arcadia Cottages, Lake Mburo Lodge.

Day 5
Drive to Kampala or Kigali for drop off

After morning breakfast, transfer back to Kigali or Entebbe international airport for drop-off.

8. Do I need special medication to travel to East Africa
